IT Conference and Job Fair: The Way To Support IT Community And Show CSR

The Ukrainian IT community has always been one of the most close-knit and supportive. This became especially evident in the challenges that Ukraine is going through now. No one gave up. On the contrary, they are looking for ways out and mechanisms for development in the current situation. However, Powercode believes that not only during the gravest times like war and hostilities, IT companies and IT service providers should develop in all directions, including social.
Today, we live in a socially-conscious society whose members are committed to addressing critical social issues and improving the world. “In cooperation with IT industry representatives, we will discuss changes that the sphere has undergone in recent months and consider our “pains” and ways to relieve them. We are strong and can overcome any difficulties. And to prove it, we will present companies continuing to replenish their teams in the current tough period,” says President of the EASE and Founder of Powercode. “At the moment, there is nothing more important in the IT sphere than helping Ukrainians find a job and enabling companies that are developing to prove themselves,” he adds.
Vladyslav has also emphasized that no matter what, the IT industry remains one of the most attractive in terms of employment and salary expectations.
