A wellness startup building a B2B SaaS product that helps companies care for their employees' mental and physical health through mobile apps with engaging content, routines, and gamification.

Challenge

Build a multi-tenant, multilingual platform covering iOS/Android apps, a web admin panel, CMS, and scalable cloud infrastructure — with a custom role system for both product owners and companies.

Solution

End-to-end platform development: scalable AWS infrastructure, Stripe subscriptions, HLS video streaming, in-app rewards, NLP-based content recommendations, and Apple/Google Health integrations.

Results
