A full-scale digital ecosystem built for Level UP Ukraine — a platform where business, government, and society empower each other. Starting as a conference MVP, it evolved into a feature-rich product with event creation, private messaging, in-app ticket purchases, and premium advertising.

Level UP Ukraine is an educational and business conference platform that brings together business leaders, government representatives, and members of society to foster collaboration, growth, and mutual empowerment.

Challenge

Build a mobile app MVP and landing page for the Level UP 2019 conference, then evolve the product into a full-featured ecosystem with event management, private messaging, in-app payments, premium advertising, and a comprehensive admin panel.

Solution

Developed a three-component ecosystem — an informational landing page, cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android, and a web admin panel — with iterative feature expansion based on post-conference feedback and collaborative product planning.

Results

Successful MVP launch at Level UP 2019, upgraded to a full-featured product with native iOS & Android apps, in-app payments, private messaging, event creation and advertising, and a powerful admin panel for full platform management.

We created an advanced and convenient ecosystem that comprises a landing page, mobile app, and web admin panel. The initial request was to build an MVP for the Level UP 2019 conference so that all attendees could have convenient access to first-source information on this business event. When the conference successfully ended, and our MVP received good feedback from the client and conference participants, we started product upgrades. In the series of brainstorming meetings, we created a set of functionalities and features perfect for the platform. After the client approved them, we enriched the platform with new capabilities and solutions like private chatting, in-app ticket purchasing, creating and advertising personal business events, etc.
