Our team created the client side of the TV providing platform that comprises two systems – for customers and administrators. The customer system is implemented as personal accounts where every user can enter and edit personal information, activate TV devices, choose a suitable payment method, view payment history, get invoices, download them as PDF, add several TV devices, synchronize them, get special offers, etc.
The admin panel allows managers to view all customers, their info, and event logs. Customer Account actions include but are not limited to activating, deactivating, and changing payment methods, subscriptions, TV devices, etc. Managers can also add and remove channel packages with detailed information like name, cost, status, channels included, discounts, etc.
